Rose: One of Shadowfax's most popular wines, the Minnow Rosé 2022 has a generous mouth filling palate showing rich peaches and cream that flows on and on. A dangerously drinkable wine best enjoyed chilled with friends on a warm day.

Pinot: Charred dark cherry fruits flow onto the palate. A rich velvet mid palate is encased with grippy meaty tannins. Smokey notes add depth and hints of forest floor are beginning to evolve. A very long palate with fine acidity for balance.
