Shipping Policy

How much is postage/shipping?

Postage for orders within Victoria is charged at a flat rate of $10 and $15 interstate. We use an express courier for all orders. Please be advised we cannot deliver to PO BOX addresses or Parcel Lockers.

Do you post internationally? 

We certainly can! For all international orders, please email info@lightandglodesigns.com.au so that we can quote you delivery charges.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to ship all products within 3-5 days of order and recommend allowing 5-7 working days for final delivery. All packages are sent via courier. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and it is the responsibility of the recipient to rearrange delivery. If the parcel is returned back to our warehouse after failed delivery attempts, the postage will have to be paid again to have it sent out. 

What is your returns policy?

Please email info@lightandglodsigns.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order if your delivery is either not what you ordered, damaged or you believe it to be faulty. We will replace or refund at our discretion. We may ask you to provide additional documentation, such as photos, for any products reported as damaged when received. Unfortunately, we will not offer a refund for change of mind. 

As a goodwill gesture, we may elect to provide a refund minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee to cover our fees and time, but this is at our discretion.
