How much is postage/shipping?

We offer flat-rate standard shipping within Australia for $14.95, or express shipping for $19.95.

All orders are sent via courier, with tracking provided once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

We certainly do! For international orders, please emailhello@lightandglodesigns.com.au and our team will provide a shipping quote based on your destination.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, we recommend allowing approximately 5–7 business days for standard delivery, depending on your location and the courier network. Express delivery times will vary depending on your location.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

If a delivery cannot be completed, it is the recipient's responsibility to follow the courier's instructions to arrange redelivery or collection. If your parcel is returned to us following unsuccessful delivery attempts, an additional shipping fee will apply to have the order resent.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your LIGHT + GLO purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please emailhello@lightandglodesigns.com.au within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Please include your order number and photographs where relevant so our team can assist you.

We also accept change-of-mind returns, provided the products are unused, unopened and in their original, resalable condition.

All returns must be approved by our team before being sent back. Please email us first and wait for confirmation and return instructions before returning your products.

For approved change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the products have been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
