About Espress Me
Coffee candles are easy to get wrong. Most go too synthetic — the kind of roasted note that reads as artificial the moment the wax starts to melt. Espress Me does not.
The espresso opening is dark and roasted, with the slightly bitter edge that makes real coffee smell like real coffee rather than a flavoured product. It is immediate and recognisable from the first light, which is why this is the coffee scented candle people buy for home offices and kitchens rather than just as a novelty. It smells like the room already has a coffee in it.
Vanilla arrives in the heart, creamy and warm, softening the bitterness of the espresso without losing it. Buttercream sits alongside it, rich and smooth, pulling the fragrance into gourmand territory without going fully into dessert. The combination reads as a flat white rather than a mocha — coffee-forward, with a creaminess that makes it easy to have burning in the background through a long morning.

Reading the notes
Espresso — dark, roasted and slightly bitter in the opening. The note that makes Espress Me a genuine coffee candle rather than a coffee-adjacent one. It arrives immediately and sets the character of the whole fragrance.
Vanilla — creamy and warm in the heart, softening the espresso without replacing it. The note that stops this from reading as a purely bitter or harsh fragrance and makes it easy to burn through a long morning.
Buttercream — rich and smooth alongside the vanilla, adding depth and a slight sweetness that pulls the fragrance toward a mocha candle character without going fully sweet.
Warm gourmand base — steady and quiet underneath the coffee and vanilla, holding the fragrance through the burn and extending the life of the 115g tin in a small room.
How to use
Burn Espress Me for one to two hours per session. The 115g travel tin is sized for smaller spaces — a kitchen bench, a home office desk or a bedside table — rather than open living areas.
Trim the wood wick to around 5mm before each burn. Snap off any charred tip before relighting to keep the flame steady and the crackle consistent.
The tin lid keeps the fragrance in between burns. Store away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
