Lemon Drop is a fresh, zesty citrus candle that opens bright and stays clean. No sweetness, no heaviness - just the kind of sharp, energising scent that makes a room feel like it has been aired out without you touching a window.
Hand-poured in Melbourne, 200g natural soy wax, FSC certified wood wick. The citrus soy candle in the Renaissance range for people who want their space to feel fresh without smelling like a cleaning product.
About Lemon Drop
Fresh candles are easy to get wrong. Most land either too sharp or too sweet, and neither stays interesting past the first half hour.
Lemon Drop holds its character. The opening is bright and citrus-forward - clean, slightly tart, with a lemongrass edge that gives it lift without going clinical. It does not sweeten as it burns. It does not disappear either. The white musk underneath keeps it grounded and lets the top notes carry longer than most fresh candles manage.
The effect is straightforward and good: a room that smells awake. Not perfumed. Not artificial. Just clean and present in a way that changes how the space feels before anyone says anything about it.
It works in kitchens, bathrooms, home offices and any room that faces the morning. People who usually find candles too heavy tend to come back to this one.
The 200g ceramic burns with an FSC certified wood wick that crackles softly and melts the soy wax edge to edge, so the fragrance carries across the room rather than staying close to the flame. Blended and poured in Melbourne by founders Suji and Jeeva, IFRA certified and cruelty free.
Scent Profile
Zesty and citrus-forward. Bright lemon and lemongrass open the candle with a clean, energising character. White musk sits underneath, giving the fragrance enough warmth to hold without pulling it away from its fresh core.
This is the refreshing candle in the Renaissance range. Not soft, not sweet, not woody. Just clean.
What the Wood Wick Does
Most candles use a cotton wick. Lemon Drop uses an FSC certified wood wick — a flat strip of sustainably sourced timber that burns with a broader flame than cotton.
That broader flame melts the soy wax evenly across the full surface of the ceramic from the first burn, which is what lets a citrus fragrance travel across a room rather than sitting near the flame. The wick also crackles quietly as it burns. It is a small thing that becomes part of the ritual.

How to Use
Burn Lemon Drop for at least two hours on the first light. This allows the melt pool to reach the edges of the ceramic and sets the burn pattern for every use after that.
Trim the wick to around 5mm before each burn. Wood wicks occasionally need the charred tip snapped off before relighting - this keeps the flame height steady and the crackle consistent.
Store the candle away from direct sunlight between uses.
